Jarrett Craig is an award winning cinematographer who has been honing his craft over 20 years.  He started on the ground floor in the camera department and worked in all categories on his way to cinematographer.  Some of Jarrett’s notable credits in the camera department include: HBO’s Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee and Game of Thrones VFX unit.

Jarrett brings an acute visual style and a proficient skill of finding the story above all else.  This was acquired from multiple award winning documentary projects of varying subject matter that have taken Jarrett as far away as New Zealand and Hong Kong.  He always brings his documentary pedigree to scripted narrative and finds the parallels between both genres. Of note was the documentary feature film Legend of a Warrior, an official selection at Hot Docs in 2012.

Jarrett has lent his skills on additional photography for the FX/hulu production of A Teacher for cinematographer Quyen Tran ASC, produced by Aggregate Films, and has completed over 60 episodes of Canada’s longest running one hour drama Heartland as the main unit cinematographer. Most recently Jarrett has lensed four episodes of Season one of the upcoming Paramount Television production of Joe Pickett for Charter/Spectrum and Red Wagon Entertainment.

Jarrett is a member of IATSE 669 International Cinematographers Guild and an associate member of the CSC.  IMDB page link.
